You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your “Spam” inbox, as the message may have been delivered there depending on your email settings. After an hour and you still have not received an email, please contact us under the “Contact us” section. We will verify that the order has been successfully placed and will correct your email address if necessary.


In the event that you are not satisfied with the product, your order will be eligible for a refund or exchange within in seven (7) days from the delivery date. Provided that the item(s) is returned in their original condition and packaging. Product is sealed, cellophane unopened and unused. No seal is broken. 

Once the returned product is received customer service will provide a way forward. The returned item(s) must include any promotional items, free gifts received including original receipt. 

No used fragrances will be accepted for return. 

Free Gifts & Gifts Cards may not be returned for a refund. 

A standard collection and delivery fee will be charged to collect your order and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.

We offer a FREE courier delivery service to your door on orders above R795. Kindly note that any orders below R795, a delivery fee of R100 will be added to you order.

We endeavor to fulfil orders as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, the time it takes since placing your order until it is delivered is approximately: 1

  • Main Centre – Road Express:  2 working days (From receipt of payment / dispatched)
  • Regional Areas – Road Express: 2 to 5 working days (From time of payment /dispatched)
  • If you stay in an outlying area please allow an additional 2 working days, as delivery to remote areas do take longer.

  • Deliveries are done on WEEKDAYS only. Please note that in peak trading season, delivery may take up to 7 days, we will notify you of any delays.
  • We request your daytime physical address to ensure successful door-to-door delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Aramex tracking number tracking number.

Fragrances purchased via  will only be delivered within the South African borders. Delivery is done to your selected physical address or alternatively to any Postnet branch in South Africa. Shipping is currently handled by Aramex courier. Delivery is booked on regular economy courier service – if a faster delivery is required, extra charges will apply.

A signature is required upon receipt of your parcel. Aramex only accepts the personal signature of the recipient, unless other arrangements were made.


ALL fragrances are wrapped in Fragrancefind wrapping paper, and securely packaged.

When confirming your order, it is possible to request Fragrancefind to include an accompanying handwritten card to your gift. You may also request a blank card that you may customize yourself.

An order considered a “gift” will not include an invoice.

Customers could opt to either pay via Visa or Master Credit Cards, SID or by means of Electronic Transfer (EFT)

    • How to apply for PayJustNow?

To qualify for PayJustNow, you must be a South African citizen, 18 years or older, with a valid debit or credit card as well as a valid email address and mobile number.

Requirements: You need to be 18 years and older, a South African resident and in possession of a valid debit or credit card, have a valid email address and mobile number.

Simply add items to your online shopping cart as normal. Proceed to checkout and enter your contact information, preferred delivery method and shipping address. Click continue and select your preferred shipping rate. Click continue to payment and select PayJustNow from the list of available payment options. From here you’ll be redirected to the PayJustNow portal. Follow the quick steps required for approval, and once approved, you’ll be redirected back to Fragrancefind to complete your order.

All the transactions made on the Fragrancefind website are secure. The padlock symbol next to the address bar of the page beginning with “https” indicates that you are on a secure setting. Fragrancefind also has a specific security measure to protect your personal information from non-authorized access and use.

A unique code made up of 3 or 4 digits secures remote sale transactions. This code can be found on the back of your credit card in the signature field. It is made up of 3 digits (Visa and MasterCard).
