How may I get assistance with my online order?

How do I change information on my order after it has been placed?
Please contact us as soon as possible at 0861 555 147 or email us at [email protected] or email us under the "Contact us" section.
I just finalised my order, but I still have not received the order summary.
You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your "Spam" inbox, as the message may have been delivered there depending on your email settings. After an hour and you still have not received an email, please contact us under the "Contact us" section. We will verify that the order has been successfully placed and will correct your email address if necessary.

Delivery

How much is the delivery?
We offer a FREE courier delivery service to your door on orders above R795. Kindly note that any orders below R795, a delivery fee of R100 will be added to you order.
How long will delivery take?
We endeavour to fulfil orders as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, the time it takes since placing your order until it is delivered is approximately: 1
  • Main Centre - Express: 1 to 2 working days (From receipt of payment / dispatched)
  • Regional Area - Express: 2 to 4 working days (From time of payment /dispatched)
We request your daytime physical address to ensure successful door-to-door delivery.
How do I track delivery of my order?

Where does Fragrancefind deliver?
Fragrances purchased via www.fragrancefind.co.za  will only be delivered within the South African borders. Delivery is done to your selected physical address or alternatively to any Postnet branch in South Africa. No Post office delivery service. Predominantly for security reasons, Fragrancefind will not process any order to be delivered to a Post Box. Shipping is currently handled by Aramex courier. Delivery is booked on regular economy courier service - if a faster delivery is required, extra charges will apply.
Is a signature required for delivery of my order?
A signature is required upon receipt of your parcel. Aramex only accepts the personal signature of the recipient, unless other arrangements were made.

Gifting

Will my order be gift wrapped?
ALL fragrances are wrapped in Fragrancefind wrapping paper, and securely packaged.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?
When confirming your order, it is possible to request Fragrancefind to include an accompanying handwritten card to your gift. You may also request a blank card that you may customize yourself.
Will my gift order include an invoice?
An order considered a "gift" will not include an invoice.

Payment

Which payment options are available to Fragrancefind?
VISA Credit Card or Mastercard or EFT Payments Customers could opt to either pay via Visa or Master Credit Cards, or by means of Electronic Transfer (EFT) All Credit Card transactions are processed via our trusted payment gateway PAYGATE. for further info and reassurance, please view: www.paygate.co.za Kindly note that on selecting the EFT option, your order will be dispatched once your EFT payment clears into our bank account.
Is my payment secure?
All the transactions made on the Fragrancefind website are secure. The padlock symbol next to the address bar of the page beginning with "https" indicates that you are on a secure setting. Fragrancefind also has a specific security measure to protect your personal information from non-authorized access and use.
What is the security code on my payment card?
A unique code made up of 3 or 4 digits secures remote sale transactions. This code can be found on the back of your credit card in the signature field. It is made up of 3 digits (Visa and MasterCard).
