Manifesto is a new women's perfume from Yves Saint Laurent, coming out on the market in late August 2012. The perfume is described as spontaneous, free spirited and courageous; a scent full of passion and emotion.

The face of the perfume is actress Jessica Chastain, who declared: "Yves Saint Laurent is a brand that inspires me deeply. Since its creation, the brand has conveyed strong values that I cherish, such as unwavering commitment, absolute love and feminine audacity. The new fragrance is an emblem of it all."

The composition is developed by Anne Flipo and Loc Dong.

Details

My Manifest starts off with fresh green wave, bergamot and black currant. The heart includes accords of white flowers such as Sambac jasmine and lily of the valley. The base is woody and slightly oriental and captures notes of cedar, sandalwood, vanilla and tonka bean.

DELIVERY 

FRAGRANCEFIND OFFERS DOOR-TO-DOOR DELIVERIES, AS WELL AS AT POSTNET BRANCHES. 

Question : How much will I pay for shipping?

Answer : FragranceFind offers FREE delivery above R795. All Shipping is currently FREE above R795. Any orders below R795, a delivery fee of R100 will be added to you order.

Delivery to physical addresses OR to Postnet branches within the borders of South Africa.

There is no Post Office delivery service. 

Shipping is handled through ARAMEX,Fastway or to a POSTNET branch in South Africa -  between 9.00 and 17.00 weekdays.

Delivery is booked on regular economy courier service - if faster delivery is required, extra charges may apply.

 




Question : How long will I have to wait for my delivery?

Answer : FragranceFind strives to fulfill orders as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, the time it takes from when an order is placed until it is dispatched for delivery, is approximately 2-3 working days.  Some deliveries may take longer if your location is further from a Main City Centre. 

We will send your order within normal working hours except for weekends and public holidays. If we receive your order before 2 pm, we will do our utmost to get it to you within 24 - 48 hours. Orders received after 2 pm might be processed the following day.

Approximate time taken from dispatch to the receipt of goods:

  • Main Centre - Express: 1 to 2 working days (From time of dispatch)
  • Regional Area - Express: 2 to 3 working days (From time of dispatch)

Please note tat FragranceFind cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries which occur as a result of incorrect delivery address, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Although FragranceFind's service delivery is all about quick turnaround times, there are rare instances that we are unable to fulfil our dispatch rule, we will contact you personally to notify you of the delay - either by the email on contact number which you have provided. 

If an item is out of stock, an email notification containing a stock ETA will be sent to you. You will be given the option of either waiting for the item or requesting an alternative fragrance.

 We request your daytime address to ensure successful door-to-door delivery.

 



Question : What do I need to present when I accept my delivery?

Answer : You will be requested on delivery to produce your ID and / or credit card for fraud prevention purposes. Also please note that all deliveries will only take place on a door to door basis, and only during business hours unless special arrangements have been made.

 



Question : How do I track my order?

Answer : Once FragranceFind has dispatched your order, we will send you an email containing the courier tracking number for your order.

Your Waybill number will also be available when you login to your account.

 



RETURNS


Question : How do returns work?

Answer : Should an item not meet with your satisfaction for whatever reason, you may return the goods to FragranceFind within seven days of receipt. You will then get a full refund for the item, however please note that all direct costs incurred by FragranceFind associated with the order such as actual delivery costs will be taken off the amount refunded to you.

The goods must be returned with all packaging, documentation and be undamaged in any way. A written reason for the cancellation must accompany the returned goods.

Question : Can I cancel my order? What happens if I am not happy with the product I receive?

Answer : According to the Distance Selling Act , you have 7 days to cancel your contract following the day of the arrival of the goods.

It is the customers responsibility & liability for the safe product return in the original state, complete with all packaging and in a re-saleable state.

The goods remain YOUR responsibility until they are received and signed for by us. 

If an order is cancelled/returned, a 15% handling fee on the purchased price will be levied to cover processing/handling costs.

If an unwanted product is returned and exchanged for a different product, you will be charged or refunded any price difference, and you will be charged for return shipping.
