How much will I pay for shipping?

Fragrancefind offers FREE delivery above R795. All Shipping is currently  FREE above R795. Any orders below R795, a delivery fee of R100 will be added to you order.

Delivery to physical addresses or to POSTNET branches within the borders of South Africa.

There is no post office delivery service. 

Shipping is handled through Aramex, only between 9.00 and 17.00 weekdays.

Delivery is booked on regular economy courier service – if faster delivery is required, extra charges may apply.

How long will I have to wait for my delivery?

We endeavour to fulfil orders as soon as possible.

Approximate time taken from shipmrny to the receipt of your order:

  • Main Centre – 1 to 3 working days (From time of payment & shipment)
  • Regional Area – 2 to 4 working days (From time of payment & shipment)

 We request your daytime physical address to ensure successful door-to-door delivery.

We have partnered with Aramex Couriers (www.aramex.co.za) to fulfil all our deliveries to customer addresses.

We currently only deliver within South African borders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Aramex tracking number tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an ordered item?

In the event that you are not satisfied with your product. Your order will be accepted for refund or exchange within seven (7) days from the delivery date.
Should an unlikely situation arise that you are not satisfied with the product bought from us, we will collect the item from you within 7 working days of purchase.

The Products must be returned in their original condition, in their complete original packaging, unopened and sealed, or used.

Upon return any promotional or free gift items must be included. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Once returned product is received (in their original condition, in their complete original packaging, unopened and sealed or used), and inspected by our customer service team, you will receive a full refund on the item as purchased.

Kindly note that all direct delivery and collection costs incurred by us associated with the collection of your order will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. (15% handling fee will be applicable)

Could I cancel my order?

According to the Distance Selling Act, you have 7 days to cancel your contract following the day of the arrival of the goods. The fragrance will be collected by us and must be returned to us in the very SAME condition and package it was dispatched to you, thus complete with ALL packaging intact and in a “RE-SALEABLE” state. Exactly as you would like to receive a fragrance from us. The goods remain YOUR responsibility until they are received and signed for by us.

If an order is cancelled/returned by you without a valid reason, and without forwarding us an e-mail explaining the reason, a 15% handling fee will be levied to cover any handling and shipping costs.

If you accidentally ordered and paid for an incorrect product that needs to be exchanged   for a different product, kindly inform us via e-mail of your decision and we will arrange with you accordingly. Please note that you will be charged or refunded any price difference, and you will be charged for a re-courier delivery and collection of your previously selected incorrect item.
