Fragrancefind offers FREE delivery above R795. Any orders below R795, a delivery fee of R100 will be added to you order.
Delivery to physical addresses or to POSTNET branches within the borders of South Africa.
There is no post office delivery service.
Shipping is handled through Aramex or The Courier Guy – week days only.
Delivery is booked on regular economy courier service – if faster delivery is required, extra charges may apply.
We aim to ensure that once your order is placed, it is received in good condition and within the timeframe we have promised.
From packaging to delivery, we aim to give you the best customer experience we can offer.
We endeavor to fulfil orders as soon as possible.
Placing your order
- Please ensure that your delivery address and your contact details are correct
- Your order will be processed once we have received your payment
(Note: orders paid via EFT usually takes 2-3 days to clear) - You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed
Time frames for local deliveries:
- Deliveries are done on weekdays only. Please note that in peak trading season, delivery may take longer, we will notify you of any delays.
- Main Centres – 1 to 3 working days (From time of payment & shipment)
- Regional Areas – 2 to 4 working days (From time of payment & shipment)
- Once you have received your order, please familiarize yourself with our Returns Policy
We currently deliver only within South African borders.
- Online orders can take up to 7 working days to be delivered, but most of the time our deliveries are done within 1-3 working days.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed.
- Go to our courier partner’s website and use the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.
Returns & Exchanges
Return
In the event that you are not satisfied with your product. Your order will be eligible for refund or exchange within seven (7) days from the delivery date. Provided that the item(s) is returned in their original condition and packaging, cellophane unopened, product sealed, and unused. No seal broken in any way.
Once the returned product(s) is received (in their original condition and packaging, cellophane unopened, product sealed and unused), customer service team will inspect and provide way forward.
The returned item(s) must include any promotional item, or free gift and the original receipt.
For hygienic reasons no fragrances that have been used or opened, may be returned for refund or exchange.
Free Gifts & Gift Cards may not be returned for a refund.
Refund
Kindly note that a standard delivery and collection fee (15% handling fee) will be charged to collect your order and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.

According to the Distance Selling Act, you have 7 days to cancel your contract following the day of the arrival of the goods. The fragrance will be collected by us and must be returned to us in the very SAME condition and package it was dispatched to you, thus complete with ALL packaging intact and in a “RE-SALEABLE” state. Exactly as you would like to receive a fragrance from us. The goods remain YOUR responsibility until they are received and signed for by us.
If an order is cancelled/returned by you without a valid reason, and without forwarding us an e-mail explaining the reason, a 15% handling fee will be levied to cover any handling and shipping costs.
If you accidentally ordered and paid for an incorrect product that needs to be exchanged for a different product, kindly inform us via e-mail of your decision and we will arrange with you accordingly. Please note that you will be charged or refunded any price difference, and you will be charged for a re-courier delivery and collection of your previously selected incorrect item.
